Melissa hi! Yes our rings are chunky for ultimate wow factor! They are adjustable but they can be stiff. This is why we offer complimentary pre-sizing, to help get them close to size and then each customer can customize for the perfect fit. I use two hands to pull them open or squish them smaller. Hope this helps!
